Wholesale Purchasing
If you are a store and would like to carry our products please e-mail sales@tickletoes.com We will require your tax id, store name, phone number, address and contact person. You can also apply for wholesale access on our website and we will verify your information and contact you when we have activated your account.

We also have Sales Representatives in NY, NJ, PA and TX. If you would like a Sales Representative to visit your store please let us know, we would be glad to arrange it.

In Texas, we are shown in the Dallas Market Center in The Von Tour's Showroom in #8016.

We also exhibit at several major tradeshows throughout the year. If you are attending a show or would like to know what shows we will be exhibiting at please e-mail sales@tickletoes.com

 

Return Policy
At Tickle Toes we want every customer to be happy with their purchase, we will exchange your order or give you a store credit (shipping costs are excluded) within 10 days of receiving your order. In order to process a return or exchange, all Items must be returned in their original condition.
Exchange/Return Policy

  • E-mail your exchange/return request to sales@tickletoes.com Be sure to include your name, shipping address, and phone number in the e-mail. In your e-mail, please specify if you would like to exchange the products or take the store credit. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what item you would like to exchange it for.
  • A Tickle Toes representative will e-mail you a RA#, this must be on the outside of the box, otherwise it will be refused.
  • Returns/exchanges must be processed within 10 days of purchase
  • In the returned package, please include the original receipt or packing list.

The following items are not eligible to be returned/exchanged:
  • Any product purchased at a retail location (consult with retail store for their return/exchange policy)
  • Items that have been personalized (unless defective)
  • All Sale Items
  • Any item that has been worn or washed.
All packages sent to us must be sent via UPS, Fedex or USPS must have a tracking number or delivery confirmation.

There may be a color discrepancy from the image to the actual product. We do our best to represent the truest color of the product, however, there will still be a degree of variance.
