We also have Sales Representatives in NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD and VA. If you would like a Sales Representative to visit your store please let us know, we will be happy to arrange it.

Shipping PolicyWe strive to ship orders within a 2 business days. However, personalized items require up to 5 business days. If for any reason, we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and offer you another pattern or a full refund, your choice.
We use various carriers and will determine the carrier used based on your location, delivery window and weight of box. If you have trouble receiving from a particular carrier, please include a note in the comments box in the checkout page.

Orders received by 3PM EST, will begin processing same day and will ship within 2 business days unless it is a personalized item, then allow 5 business days (Saturday and Sunday do not count).
2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders must be received by 3PM EST in order to ship same day and be delivered within their standard guarantee. If processed after 3PM it will ship the next business day. If you have a question regarding this, please call 732-242-9795 and a representative can help you.
Wholesale orders require up to 10 business days. If additional time is require, you will be notified via e-mail.
All wholesale orders ship via UPS Ground, a tracking number will be provided at time of shipment.
The cost of shipping will be added at time of shipment to ensure an accurate quote.
Return PolicyAt Tickle Toes we want every customer to be happy with their purchase, we will exchange your order or give you a store credit (shipping costs are excluded) within 10 days of receiving your order. In order to process a return or exchange, all Items must be returned in their original condition.
- E-mail your exchange/return request to email@example.com Be sure to include your name, shipping address, and phone number in the e-mail. In your e-mail, please specify if you would like to exchange the products or take the store credit. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what item you would like to exchange it for.
- A Tickle Toes representative will e-mail you a RA#, this must be on the outside of the box, otherwise it will be refused.
- Returns/exchanges must be processed within 10 days of purchase
- In the returned package, please include the original receipt or packing list.

The following items are not eligible to be returned/exchanged:
- Any product purchased at a retail location (Please contact the store the item was purchased from for their return policy)
- Items that have been personalized (unless defective)
- All Sale Items
- Any item that has been worn or washed.
